Look at those spoiled brats with their own personal indoor! I am SOOOOOOO jealous What kind of "new camera"? I did not hear about this!

It is a Nikon Coolpix. It is small so I can keep it in my pocket and it is almost foolproof for the electronically challenged. I have been practicing with it and as you can see, I don't take the best pics but the camera allows me to dump what I don't want.

I rode Ace in the indoor this afternoon. It was coolish today but quite comfortable inside.

Jane thats great! Glad to hear Ace is feeling better and you are riding him. I love to ride in an indoor in the winter it always seems so quite and the cold air makes the horses feel good I think. I am so jealous:). I usually board somewhere starting in December but I didn't this year. I am thinking of boarding in February or March if I can get into the spot I want. If one of the horses in for training leaves a stall will open up.

This is so nice to be able to go across the street and ride whenever I want. Debbie just recently got her permit to board so she should be ready by spring. She usually rides on the weekend when she doesn't have to work, otherwise I ride alone. I like being able to keep the horses in shape through the winter. I hope you are able to get your spot. It will be much easier for you to keep Tuffy exercised for the shows. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I got it! Everyone can move south for the winters and then you can ride all season long!
When are you going to get on Apollo? I bet he will be full of life! DId you have to cool Ace down a lot or was he ok? When we went to see Cow yesterday she had been rolling and she was a muddy mess!

I'm going to ride Apollo as soon as the weather gets milder. Oh yes he is full of life but we will be doing plenty of ground games before I climb on him. He hasn't shown any lameness for over a month. I am hoping he will go sound, time will tell. Ace didn't heat up at all this time. I probably would have had to gallop around for him to get warm in these temps. He was brown from the mud when I arrived, it took a long time to brush the dirt out of of his coat. They love that mud don't they.
