Her feet look wonderful. I think I told you about the nail that Brandon (my farrier) found in her foot and she has not had any problems. Karah is using him also so that is cool for both of us to get him out there. He is supposed to be coming out in the next few weeks but I have not heard back from him to comfirm a date. I hope he is not like all the others and just drop off the face of the planet. The guy that was doing Cindy and Terry's horses stopped coming but I don't know why. I did not like him anyways so it is no skin off my back but it sucks for all the ponies with long feet.
I was actually able to ride on Sunday and Brownie was full of herself. I asked her to canter and she humped up her back and hopped about 3 times and I almost fell off laughing. After I got my composure back w e discussed why she should not do that and she ws fine. She was just happy to be out! I think I going to cut back on her food a bit too. She is too much of an easy keeper and she is starting to look like a blimp!

I know what you mean. Apollo is only getting two handfuls of grain 2x a day and that is only to have a place to put his supplements. Both he and Ace are getting plenty with that round bale. We are getting new shoes on Ace Wed., so we'll be back on the trail again. With any luck, we can work some of that weight off.
